1. How does Ausable manage to make Max belief that there is a balcony atached to his room? (HSLC 2015,2019).

ANS:- Ausable created a false story regarding a balcony which was extended to his window. Max told him that he didnot know about the balcony and entered by a passkey. Suddenly someone knocked at the door. Ausable said that it might be the police. Max frightened very much. To get rid of the police Max jumped through the window to hide himself in the balcony. He cried only once. He was died as there was no balcony there.

        Thus Ausable managed to Max belief that there was a balcony attached to his room.

2.Who was Griffin.How did he become invisible? Why did Mrs Hall find him eccentric?(2015)

Ans:- Griffin was a brilliant scientist.

            Griffin had carried out experiment after experiment and made some rare drugs and swallowed it. Then he became invisible.

              Mrs Hall find him eccentric because he came to the inn in the winter. It is a unusual event. He was a stranger of uncommon appearance. Mrs Hall made every effort to be friendly with him. But Griffin had no desire to talk. He had some strange habbits and irritable temper.

3. Briefly describe the extraordinary behaviour of Mrs. Hall's furniture. (2016)

Ans:- Mrs Hall and her husband got up early in the morning and saw that Griffin's room was wide open. Suddenly Mrs Hall heard a sniff close to her ear. Then the bedroom chair bacame alive and it spring into the air . The extraordinary chair pushed them both out of the room and the door was locked itself. Mrs Hall almost fell down the stairs in hysterics.

     This was the extraordinary behaviour of Mrs Hall's furniture.

4.why did Griffin become a homeless wanderer? Why did he slip in to the big London store and what did he do there?(গ্ৰিফিন কিয় এজন ঘৰ-বাৰী নাইকীয়া,ভ্ৰমি ফুৰা ব্যক্তি হৈ পৰিছিল ?তেওঁ‌ Big London Store ত কিয় প্ৰবেশ কৰিছিল আৰু তাত তেওঁ‌ কি কৰিছিল?)

Ans:-Griffin was a brilliant Scientist but a lawless person.He made experiment after experiment to prove that the human body could become invisible.Finally he invented some rare drugs and swallowed and his body became as transparent as a sheet of glass.His landlord disliked him and tried to eject him.So in  revenge Griffin set fire to the house.He had to remove his clothes to get away from the home without being seen.Thus he became a homeless wanderer.

              It was mid-winter.The air was bitterly cold and he could do nothing without cloth.So he decided to slip into the big London store to warmth himself wearing clothes.

              Griffin entered the store.He could be able to warmth himself with clothes.He took some foods also.He broke open boxes and wrappers and fitted out with warm clothes.He also wore shoes,an overcoat,and a wide-brimmed hat.He became a fully dressed and visible person.
