Sir,

             Most respectfully I beg to state you that I have not been not able to present at School from 16-12-2021 to till now due to my wife's C-Section delivery. The baby was referred to Jorhat Medical College Hospital from Golaghat H.G.M Nursing Home on 19 th December 2021 due to the new born baby's difficulty of taking breath and internal infection. Now I am here in Jorhat Medical college hospital and the baby is kept in ICU.

            So, I want to state you that I have to remain here in hospital some more days. So I kindly request you to grant me leave for these days only.
